My brother bought this printer in last year, its usage was very easy, and the sales service by authorized service center is absolutely heavy, then the scanner is 1200 dpi which is more than what's needed to view the smallest of text.
I have another printer from the canon I think this is the easiest and far more better printer than ever produced. the printer maintenance cost is very low.almost 20 paise per page(colour as well b&w).print scan & copy all functions are working very fine.photo printing also very good.
