Canon is a prestigious brand in the world of digital print technology.I am using a Canon PIXMA MP 237 model in my office, but hell broke loose a month back when I had to submit highly important project related documents and the printer simply refused to get detected in the device manager of my windows 10 system.I tried with all possibilities such as restarting the system, the printer as well as reinstalling the drivers but nothing worked.Since I needed to take the prints at the earliest, I ultimately got them done from another colleagues chamber thanks to the interconnectivity option available in modern day offices.I reported the same to the office IT support who then informed the customer support team of canon.It almost took another 6 days for the support technician to arrive.He took the printer along with him to service station and finally returned it back after a long waiting of 15 days.Atleast from a company like Canon we do expect good products and service with quality as essential office requirements like Printer's cannot be taken for granted.
