I recently bought a canon scanner from a canon store. I installed it the next and started working fine. The next day itself it stopped working and the start button was not working. I had had send it for repair the next as I did not know what the problem is. The service center people were not sure of the problem as well.
They took almost 10 days to repair it. Now it is working fine. But the problems faced initially with the printer would not make it a first choice.
