My order number is 1057890. I was promised delivery in 20 days of ordering. There was no sign of shipping even after a month. I was not even given any information regarding the delay and I ended up failing giving it as a birthday gift.
They do not appear organised. They can’t be trusted with deadlines.
If you’re placing an order, take this unreliability into account.
Customer service on chat is horrible. They take 15-20 minutes between each reply.
