I had made a purchase on 4th Oct, and got cancelled the order on the same day itself. I was told that I would be receiving the complete amount by 10-14 day but it's been now more than 25 days , and there is no refund. Everytime I need to chase the customer service team and they confirm it is in process. How come refund process take 25 days of time?? Worst service... I regret that I made purchase here on this platform!
