I ordered a necklace for my mother on 10th Oct. The delivery date was 24th Oct. The order hasn’t arrived yet and it is in Quality/ packaging stage since 24th oct.
It is difficult to catch hold of a person to raise complaint. You can share your concern on whatsapp where live agent and infact expert are of any support.
Very poor service!
Thought Kalyan was a brand and expected a good service. Very disappointing experience.
