My order # 986440 dated 28th Oct 2021.
At the time of booking the delivery date committed was 15th Nov, but the sales coordinator, Mr Sagar said that it will be delivered before time by 12th Nov. He always picks up my call, but he does not have any answer on when my order will be delivered. I have been making 3-4 calls now from past 3 days. Today I got a call from them saying that due to Diwali holidays, the delivery will be delayed by 1 week, as if they didn't knew when Diwali is. This are all silly reasons.
I have made 100% full payment while booking, thinking that its a Kalyan jewelers brand and I trusted them. But now I have completely lost the trust that I had. Did not expected such poor response and service. I will never recommend it to anyone.
Because of their inefficiency I have missed the pleasure of surprising my wife on the special occasion.
