I bought an earrings for the occasion of rakhi 20 days before. till date, no reply, no proposer response from customer services, same replies. until the customer ask, they dont reply, but they spam my inbox everyday with offers, new products, old products all kind of nonsense. but never send an update about the product. zero efforts after sales. buy from them when u dont care when it arrives to you. buy it and forget that your bought an item from them. they give you surprise, when you reborn, they will deliver it to your new mother.
