I have ordered ear rings worth Rs 24539/- vide order no. 1063452 from the candere on 3rd April, it was promised to be delivered by 1st May , but after multiple remainders it was delivered on 04th May. I have opted for the delivery at nearest Kalyan Jewellers Store and I went to collect the same from the store, when I was taking delivery from the store the i asked the delivery person to show me the weight of the product, while doing the same he removed the tag which is attached to it not aware of what tag it was i also left it un notice, after that i took the product and left. But when the product was gifted to my wife they were two small for her, hence i decided to return , there was not such option available in the website hence i have to raise the return request through email, the same was approved, the process of return was also not communicated. When the same was asked through mail they said simply handover the product in the store where it was collected. I have done the same and also intimated that the tag on which it was written as not return was not removed by me but it was removed by the Kalyan Jewellers sales person. Te customer care executive said that they will confirm it from the store and process the 100% refund, before submitting the product for return. Now after 6 days from the day i have handed over the product to the store, one person from the candere calls and says there will be 10% deduction in the amount as the tag is removed.


I have said multiple times about the removal of tag, but they are showing double shades in this matter.


They just want to rob the 10% from the customer and think that the customer is fool.


I would never recommend any one to buy from candere better buy from Tanishq or bluestone much more reliable and professional.


I don't how more days it will take for the refund also.
