May I know what’s happening with my order#960315? Every time I am checking with the support team they are making an excuse. I was supposed to get the order by 3rd sep and today is 20th sep how much patience one can have? This is how you treat to customers? I haven’t expected such behaviour from a brand like Candere and trusted with all my heart.
I am not surprised, I read lots of reviews just like what I am going through and later I might also have to suffer to get the refund is what I am considering in advance.
Anyway can you guys be serious and update me when I will get the delivery or I won’t get it at all?
