I ordered a gold bracelet online on 26 December 21. It arrived on 5th Jan 22 and I realised it was small. Since there was no time to exchange it for a bigger size before the event, we initiated a refund through helpline the same day. Despite confirming refund on WhatsApp 0n 5th January no reverse pickup was initiated till 14th January despite emails reminders. The customer care number would keep getting disconnected. Finally we got through again on 14th January and again they confirmed the same reverse Pick up. Though the logistic partner has telephoned the pick up is yet to happen. They will then initiate refund after checking the product which will be God Knows When.
