I have take Home loan recently from Canfin homes. It was not a satisfactory experience. They have taken months time to approve my loan and I was asked to visit their office many times and they keep me waited for hours. the staff working do not have enough knowledge and I can see the difference between the Can fin home and other banks like CITI BAnk, ICICI etc.
I have to go to canfin homes because and my flat is in B Katha and ICICI and CITI etc were not giving home loans for B katha, they accept only A katha. The process of Canfin homes is still in ancient banking and they will ask for document like census certificate of 1991 and they will not tell where you will get. I have been called and goen to many offices to get that document
Good with canfin homes is giving loans for b-Katha, and interest rate is 8.85% under a gruhalakshmi scheme
Bad is process, delay in approvals, staff with lack of knowledge, not a good customer support, no prior intimation of when the EMI/ Interested will be deducted, it will deduct from your account automatically on different dates
Conclusion: if you are eligible to get loan from Nationalised banks then dont think about Canfin homes.
