CHICKEN STROGANOFF MAC N’ CHEESE
According to the menu it’s a traditional chicken stroganoff finished with sour cream and gherkins, served with macroni and cheese. Though café de Paris is expensive and can’t be afforded by all, it was all worth the money because the presentation was spot-on and this was by far the best presentation I’ve seen. The dish was quite extraordinary because the macaroni was the creamiest one I have ever tried and the chicken gravy balances off perfectly with the pasta. The chicken was topped with gherkins and sour cream which bursted with flavours, the plate was also garnished with fresh chopped coriander and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The ambience of the café was spectacular and it left me in awe. One thing that saddened me was the quantity because it cost us Rs 460 and the dish can only be eaten by one or two but not more than that and also the time of the arrival was very long compared to other cafes.
