If any repair is needed then if you call butterfly service centre then they will try to squeeze you maximum amount of charges from you. These repairmen are big looters, they charged me 2250 for simple repair of cooler's fan. The cooler itself cost me Rs. 9800. They charged me 1/5th of the price of the product. Don't know about the service of other branded coolers. But for butterfly cooler servicemen are like scavengers try to squeeze every penny out of you.
