Hi,
I subscribed to this magazine 2-3 month back for 1Yr. Till now I have received only 2 issues, every time I need to call them to send me a copy. Their mail server is not working for more than 1 month(is wht I have observed, god know when it was working) and customer service guys does not pick up phone. They have completely stopped sending me the copy.

I think they have closed their shop, but still accepting subscriptions online so that they can mint some easy money.Beware.
