I had heard a lot about burger king so once I came to Bangalore I wanted to visit it. I went to pheonix market city and saw the outlet so was very excited to have a burger but to my disappointment it was not at all worth my excitement.
We ordered a meal of veg burger and veg burger spicy but the taste was not at all worth. The burger was not cold and there was no taste. Morover the normal burger did not even have tomato and cheese or mayonnaise. And the other one was 10 rs expensive but did not have onion but some other vegetable. The taste of both of them was not at all good.
The staff service and the stall there was no system of token or something. We had to stand and wait there till our order was ready.
I would prefer mc donalds over burger king even though it is more famous that the former. The taste of burgers is way much better than burger king and atleast they are hot. Also the coke or pepsi that was given did not have ice and was not cold. So basically it was the other way around. The thing that should have been hot was cold and vice versa. This was the first time I went to burger king seeing its name and reputation but was disappointed. Now I do not know whether this service was store specific or whatever. But after the first visit I do not intend to visit burger king again. The ambience was nothing as such because it was located in the food court of the mall.
I would suggest them to improve the quality of the burgers or if this was a one time thing to do the needful so that the first time customers are not disappointed and the reputation that they have is continued.
