I am from a totally different profession and has no formal training in Web design or any other IT related subjects, but I am an addictive web surfer and always wished if I can have my own site, but my initial investigation of the cost stopped me for doing so, and then endless discussions with the designer, which I experienced while getting our company site designed, this future discouraged me.
