I purchased this tablet for studying and for playing game purpose.And I am also the big lover of playing games on big screen that's why I bought this tablet.I bought this tablet on the suggestion of my close friend. Design and look of tablet was very attractive.Initially at the time of purchase when no external apps are downloaded only pre-installed apps are present in this tablet .It working speed is overall fine and it touch also gives quick response while working on it.
But when I downloaded and installed several useful and gaming apps then I found heating and hanging problem and suddenly the tablet gets stopped in between while playing games.I tried again after removing some applications but then also the problem continued .And I erased all data and factory reset my tablet then it became as it was at the time of purchase.It's battery life is also very weak,it gives only 2 to 3 hour of back up after full charge.I also tried to found service center of bsnl penta in my nearby but didn't found anyone.so don't trust on this product .
