I used to use this sim as a secod sim as bsnl provides free roaming services.
But there are places where one can find no coverage network of BSNL and they say that they are the best service provider in INDIA.Their 3g network is also weak, just waste of money and time if one uses it.
They cheat people by doing fake promises and announcements.Their customer care service is not good, one spends a lot of time in order to talk to their them.Their charges are too high for nothing and their billing system is also not good.
