BSNL is said to be the most spread network all over India. But when it comes to connectivity, there always lies some sort of problem which is always cant be coped up. The customer service is so bad that it takes days and days to sort out the problem. The internet connectivity always has some issue, and the speed is too slow to load the pages. I work in a bank, and there too I saw another example of the BSNL pathetic services. Every bank has got BSNL leased line. Till the time line is smooth, there is no problem. And when there is any problem with the line, the time taken is too much and that costs the customer services, that are vital in the bank. No connectivity means no transactions at all. This is the only reason why most of the banks have taken one extra leased line.
