The telecom market is flooded with numerous service providers (Bharti'r Airtel, Batata's IDEA, BPL, Spice Telecom, Orange). Early entrants have sure managed to grab a huge share of customers. Cell phones are no longer a luxury and have been a rage on the communications front. BSNL no doubt is the largest communications network in the country and has now entered into the cell phone space with their cell one - excel service.
The cell one service sure has to go a long way but the start from BSNL has been impressive and hopefully the TRAI regulations are gonna make mobile communications a pleasure without being too much of a burden on people's pockets.
I am a subscriber to the service and am really impressed with the coverage and also the customer service from BSNL - a government enterprise. I have had no issues to confront till date and hope that it continues that way.
Hoping that BSNl continues to deliver at its best and prove to be tough competition to private players who have ruled the roost for a while now.
Its time to tune into the mobile communications world with the cell one and keep in touch anytime, anywhere. Happy Talking !!
