They net speed is very slow whenever I have tried to use it takes ages to buffer youtube video itself so I get so frustrated that I changed it to another setvice to airtel .
Internet speed : They internet speed is like very slow 1 mbps or even lower in they age of gbps they still have only 1 mbps plans so I got frustrated because they could not even load a small youtube file that too during night time when they traffic is very low also they speed of internet is very slow.
Connection and reliability : They connection is like very bad they connection gets disconnected every 2 hrs or so and again I have to restart they whole router and do all settings again and then reliablity is also very bad it is not at all reliable to use this network because you dont know when they connection disconnects and when you will be able to use it again.
Service and support : They connection speed is very bad and they different disconnection times makes it more bad for they bsnl service and customer support doesnt know anything they just hire freshers to work and they dont know about they connections
