Bsnl provides a good speed of 2 mbps to users at a good cost . They provide 20 gb 3g in only 500rs the speed provided by them is also nice but the only problem is there customer support. They resolve problem after a long time of service request some time it takes 5 to 6 days. I recommend to use it still because there network coverage is very large.
