BSNL 3g mobile operator is a worst network service especially in my area( iyapanthangal) .Iam using moto G2 mobile and activated bsnl unlimited 3g data plan before 6 months for Rs 333 .Data speed is below 1 kb per second.Intially I was able to download with the speed of 300 kbps later it became diminished faster.But now, I couldn't even browse.Getting 2G speed on 3G which is really irritating.
Even though we complaint they don't bother about our problems.It is real a waste of money.Customer care is always incompetent to solve our issues.There are problems of signal fluctuations and moreover there are less number of tower in all over the.They are cheating people money very badly.
Now I brought jio which has very good network and speed os better whem compare to bsnl.Price also little bit less so we can use anytime.
