I am using this printer at present time and I bought this printer from a showroom one year ago. This printer was well work in starting time. This printer print speed is very slow. One day, I want to print out of my document but it did not start those time. I call to customer care and given phone service at those time but not solve my problem. The technician came to my office under one day and change printer cartridge but taken extra charge from me. This printer service is not free.
