Dont be carried away by its so attractive price which is half price of LG or other top brands.anyone can excited to purchase it by seeing that same washing machine for other brandes comes under 30k but its in 15k range.
I purchased by seeing the rating and reviews and attractive price, I had purchased from Flipkart. now Flipkart has discontinued this product on massive complains.
This product has all cheap quality parts like motors and other electronic stuff like china mobiles. since when I have purchased it, I got it repaired 5 times. now finally product stopped working, mechanic said motor is damaged, other parts is damaged, how? he said water has slipped inside. is it possible? am I operating mobile phones? its washing machine which deals with water and even if somehow water goes inside its product problem service center people are cheaters. they will ask for money for anything. my machine is still under warranty and its dead for 1 month, service centre is asking for 10k to repair it. I bought it in 15k and its hardly 6 months should I pay 10k? please guys put 15k more money and purchase the brand which has made reputation in market since long. I dont want anyone else in my situation. see I am not going to repair it and going to throw this product so I wasted 15k in 6 months.
