If you are planning to buy Bose music system, you should think twice. Their service is atrocious. Till they sell, they will do sweet talking.


Once sold, they will not entertain you in the store. I bought their home theatre system and the remote is not working. They are just cold. They are asking me to take it to their service Center which is 25 kms away.
