Bosch does not have their own service center so if you face any issue with the machine be prepared to fix anything in 15-30 days period. The Service managers at Bosch will discourage you to get the machine repaired it's not in warranty period and advise you to buy the new product, another shity machine. I have raised a complained for my Front load washing machine which is not in warranty and needed a drum repair, but the cost provided by service center was more than the cost of new machine. That is good indicator for me boycott Bosch products in future and also spread the word about the same.
