It’s the worst. They are a big fraud. Do not pay in advance no matter what. Their agent will pick up the delivery and will not drop it at the drop location. Will make excuses that their vehicle broke down but will not return the item back to you either. After that forget about all your other important work coz your days will just go by trying to get in touch with the customer care and fighting for not only your refund but also the recovery of your item. Not to mention if you have food in your item than no point fighting for the recovery also. We fast and their agents are all hands in glove with this fraud
