I ordered a book worth Rs. 420. I paid electronically & got confirmation from the bank that money was delivered to the company. But - after payment I have not got any response from them even after weeks. I sent them several emails but no one is responding from the firm. I logged in and checked the current status it is written "in process". After frequent emails- now they have responded- saying that I will get the book I ordered within 7 days.
Let me see what They do. Now I know this company exists. I hope they will be keeping their words.
