Bookmyshow(BMS) was a pioneer in cinema e-ticket bookings and was doing well. But over the period of time they have added number of functions on portal. Due to which quality has deteriorated. Some incidents reported by number of customer on BMS facebook page are:

  1. Wrong cinemas

  2. Wrong date on tickets.

  3. Wrong timings.

  4. wrong movies.

They have no ticket cancellation/return policy. And poor customer care support makes things worse. Customers seem very frustrated these days.So guys as long you do not face any problems it is ok. But in case you face one, then no one will address it.
