They charge you and dont confirm your tickets especially for last minute bookings. I checked with PVR and couldnt find seats but found them for the same theatre on BMS. Went ahead and booked it only to get stuck on the confirmation page where everything ws just blank. Got my banks notification but nothing from BMS. Then they tell me to wait for a refund for 7-9 days. Why the hell do I have to wait that long.Either refund me instantly or do your damn jobs and give me what I ordered. And they make it so difficult to contact customer service it should be a crime. I dont want script answers. Prefer to speak to someone . get it
