This is in refrence to my sister in law’s sagan ceremony outfit which was purchased on 26th Jan’24 from ( DLF mall Noida) and after some alterations the outfit was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Feb’24.
We visited them on 4th and 5th Feb’24 but to our surprise the outfit was so manhandled that all the sequences were falling from the dress.
Now Mr.Pramraj ( 981897xxxx) enters the scene with the audacity to say that take some thing else as we are incapable of making this outfit. He doesn’t have any manners to talk to the customer and at the end of the day its Bombay Selection name that is at stake so atleast hire people with some manners.
Now I need to know when can we get the outfit in a proper manner as its her sagan and she doesn’t have that much time to go and select the dress again and again.
