When I was staying near Ashok Nagar, I had joined this GYM the main attraction of this GYM is you can get personal trainer without paying any extra fees.
They have huge space for accommodate 30-40 person at a time, they have separate room for gymnasium( warm up for heavy training person), also they have added features like steam bath, fresh juices available, the trainer will guide personally what protein should take by the person after analyze the regular food habits, training requirement etc.
SO you can say this is full phase of healthy suggestion environment, where you does not get fit physically but also they help you to sustain and change your life style by giving suggestion about food style, working style, etc.
