The product was good, but had to return due to size issue. They delivered the product in 2 days, irrespective of the non working day or lock down. I have returned the item, but it took 4-5 days to reach from Pune to Mumbai. I received a message today that the product is received and refund process will take upto 15 days to complete. Why the return /refund process is so slow?
