Extremely disappointed with the service from this company, especially given the premium pricing. I've been waiting for one item to be delivered for over a week, while another item in the same order arrived on time. When I asked about the delayed item, I was told it would be delivered within two hours, but no one showed up. Local providers have been far more reliable. Would appreciate some transparency and prompt action to resolve this issue.
