I am giving this review pointing towards my local BLUE DART OFFICE I seriously have gone through a lot because of them , I had ordered a gift for my friends Birthday which was expected to get delivered on time according to tracking and it reached my nearest Blue dart office one day early , I didn't get any confirmation message are call from my local Blue dart office I waited for 2days and called them back they didn't pick after several times finally they picked and told they haven't received any product in my name when I saw my order tracking again it was showing that my local courier partner that is blue dart hade RETURNED IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ARE PRIOR INFROMATION I raised tbis issue in my near Blue dart office they in return didn't reply to my problem that was really bad, there staff behavior is very cold they won't respond properly , I am not at all satisfied with BLUE DART courier and costumer services
