To start with, if there is a competition for the worst service provider in this category, they will be the winner with a good margin.
I am writing this with my 2 or 3 previous experience and the last one is the most pathetic one.
I am an HDFC bank account holder and they have send me the debit card through courier and they chosen blue dart(don't know why?) It was suppose to reach my address by 7th november. On 5th itself I got a an SMS that the shipment is out for delivery. But nothing haapened that date. When tracked the item, it started showing address is not locatable. How can they do son without even contacting me through phone?
I was unable to contact the delivery person since they have not provided the delivery person details which usually other service providers do through sms.
Same day I send my query through their email platform and I got the reply that delivery will be carried out the next day. But nothing happened.
Then I contacted them through phone and got the reply as "it will be deliverd today". I asked them to atleast provide the delivery person phone number, but they denied. I waited for another day and nothing happened. I dont know about what they are doing?
Again I made another couple of calls and got the same reply but no use. and till date the addres is unlocatable. What to do?
