I had an awful experience with Bluedart. I requested a debit card from my bank and it was to be delivered by Bluedart.
I did the request on 13/12/2017 and the card is not delivered yet. The delivery man came to my location multiple times but did not contact me and went back and now my card has been returned to the shipment and now I am in trouble.
The customer care is also a big issue, they do not respond to you on time. The quality of services are very low.
Even they do not provide the pick up services, I requested a lot for this.
In my opinion, this is the worst courier service provider ever. Do not go for this.
