I need to get courier through Blue dart but no one came to deliver, at the end of the day I got a message "Sorry to have missed your card"
Even the customer care people also irresponsible.
I have CCtv footage to show that no one came to deliver the courier, but still the customer care people argued with me I had missed to pick.
This happen twice with Blue dart and I am clearly unhappy with the service.
By seeing this review hope that they will improve.
