Has Blue Dart ever seen tracking information on Fedex, Amazon.in(Self-Delivery), Flipkart(Self-Delivery) or any other reputed Courier companies.?
They give detailed information of the current location of the shipment, every few hours.!
And Blue Dart shows something stupid like following:

This is a "Typical" Indian Company, with focus on the Quantity and Profits, with no focus, whatsoever on Quality or Service or for that matter the Customer, themselves!
Blue Dart really sucks!
