This heritage tiles company based in Mumbai, India known under the name'bharat flooring & tiles(Mumbai) pvt. ltd. charges exuberantly by fooling they're customers about it's high quality . In fact it charges more than wat one wud pay for Italian marble. Being the only manufacturer in India producing heritage tiles. Their showrooms are glittery, fooling the eyes of the customer. These tiles once fixed need polishing . I got them polished and some tiles are defective, that's the case in all their tiles. They appear rash n u can never get a clean finish. That's not it, if any chemical e.g. floor cleaning liquids or even dog powders etc. With chemicals in them can ruin ur floor as these tiles are extremely delicate. Holes n scratches like roughness strt appearing on these tiles. One has to order these tiles from Mumbai and it took me about 3 months to recieve from Mumbai. I would say it was also a time consuming affair and I also lost my patience waiting and also not at all a satisfactory affair. It was a huge mistake and waste of money to get these tiles n polishing etc. I hereby post some of the pics.
