I was in mullahera village, very near of sector 22 gurgaon and once I decided to go in biryani blues as I have heard about it but my experience was really very bad against them.
Biryani blues was new sattled in sector 22 gurgaon haryana and I joined as a customer, yes they tried well to concetrate on their presentation service but it was not effective and finally after waiting for a long time period I got my order on my table and but I was really very unsatisfied with their customer service and casual style food presentation. I was hoping that biryani will be tasty as they have took very long time so I started it.
It was not so bad but it was also not as per my expectations and I felt waist of my money. Once I finised the biryani then I was forced to move in 24*7 outlet for some extra spicy meterials and after that I came back.
The impression was very bad .
