Hi,
I got calls from your BIMAL about my Ritz car servicing and they quoted some offer is there and free brake and engine checkup for 1500 Rupees.
I end up give my car KA09 P xxx1 for service on 23-Jun-2018, since they said for normal service cost is around Rs. 4500.
But to my shock, after they took my car, No free offer related checks/services done.
They asked me more than 20K+ Tax and finally on negotiation they charged me 11000+ tax. Tax itself is more than 2K. I regularly used to do servicing for around 5K.
Completely cheated by BIMAL service staff.
Finally, they didn't do anything properly and upon my request they delivered my car back on 24th Jun-2018 afternoon.
I end up paying more than Rs 10, 000. This is complete a fraud and cheating the customers in the name of offers and in the brand of Bimal show room.
It is worst way of looting the Customers.
Please never ever call or try to cheat the genuine Customers in the name of offers.
Please be aware that, don't respond to or don't get trapped by servicing offers, etc. by BIMAL, Mahadevapura, Bangalore.
I don't have option to give less than 1 rating otherwise these guys needs minus rating.
