Fake app and fake referral money. Review on BillBachao

Bill bachao is designed for recharges and bill payments through various mobile, dth recharges.I downloaded the app created a account in bill bachao.i opened it and saw the referral rewards.I referred my friend.He installed the app through my referral link.I and my friedn earned 10rupees for the referral.It is showing that the wallet money is 10rupees.But when I attempted for recharging my mobile, it is showing nothing to redem the wallet money.They no special option for choosing the wallet money while in payment.It is showing simply credit card, debit card or net banking payments as well as some wallet payments such Icici pockets, mobikwik, etc.In that wallets there is no bill bachao wallet.I mean we are earning the money for referral.but we cant redeem it in future.It is only for showing purpose only.And the payments also very slow with bill bachao compared with mobikwik payments.I use always mobikwik which is having best speed.but there is sometimes money debit problems occur.Sometimes is better than all time.Bill bahcao all time failure wallet and online website.
