I am writing this review after 5 months of moving in to Jain Sadguru Heights. The pros seems to be negligible now compared to the cons.
Only good thing is, the looks from far is good but it stops there. Builder has completed the project in a hurry for some unknown reason and now only water seepage, you can literally see cracks all over the place. Consider amenities: with an amount of 6 lakhs, what would you expect? (fyi: Aparna charges 4.5lakhs and PBEL charges 5lakhs) Here, he has purchased very cheap gym equipments and overall the amenities what he has provided is not at all worth 6 lakhs. when we asked for solar fencing, he said NO, when we asked to cover the play area, he said NO, for proper water drainage when asked for a solution, he said NO. No proper planning for security gate or how the vehicles should move when all flats are occupied. Now the builder is building a new project, named, Jain Srikar Auroville, I suggest you verify the construction carefully before planning to buy. Overall, very very disappointing experience.
