Further to the below communication I happen to contact Danish directly and was impressed to see the steps he has taken to ensure that I get the refund direclty.
May be the below was a one off instance.

Hello,
I have ordered a shoe from them and waited for 2 weeks. In this two weeks I contacted them 3 times via email and I was promised delivery in 2 days every time.
In their chat server almost all the time no one would be available.
Finally after 2 weeks they were not sure if its in stock and asked me to wait for 2-3 days more.
I asked for the refund and here is the catch "Your Refund may get effected in 15 days"
Please avoid them and in case you have some time to follow up then please dont go for upfront payment.
