According a promotion coupon, I should get 1 year free domain service, because I have transferred my domain from other registrar to Bigcork.in. When I already transferred my domain I see that they did not provide me the free 1 year which I already had with my previous registrar, I got only the 1 year domain service which I have paid for to Bigrock.
According to the promotion coupon and my registration details, my domain's expiry date should be January 31, 2019. Because I have paid for one year plus 1 year which I had already with the previous registrar. I request for transfer on Saturday, Feb 4, 2017 and according to the confirmation email my transfer should complete on February 9, 2017.

If I don't get any benefit with them then why should I transfer my domain from other registrar to Bigrock? Bigrock CHEATED me.
