2 3 days ago I have ordered some products like vegetables, fruits and confectionery items like biscuits namkeen etc and the quality of these goods were so cheap. Vegetables and fruits were not fresh and the taste of these goods were so bad. It was my worst experience with Bigbasket. In future I will not ordered even a single thing from Bigbasket.com. I lost my trust and faith from this site. I used to buy goods from reliance fresh and I thought lets shop from bigbasket but I was worng. Even the delivery service of Bigbasket is very bad.
