I had a very worst experience on big basket for first time. Here are the points briefly said to explain the experience.
1) Product quality: - the quality is certainly not the issue here because the branded products which are not manufactured by the xompany itself. Like besan of shakti bhog. Which is same as available in market.
2) Delivery timeliness: - it the point I am very disappointed about. I wanted to order some of the grossery for house but time it showed to deliver was 36-48hours. And those things were very important.
3) application: I have not gone through the website but I downloaded the app in the very first place. I selected turmuric powder, red chillo powder, and some of the other spices when I procedded to check out the delivery showed was 2 days and I chose to go for it. The application crashed when I opted for online payment. I then chose to go for safer option COD. They came in by van when I located their nearest storw to my house it was merely 5 km away. And it took 2 days to deliver the goods.
